Single sign-on (SSO)

Single sign-on (SSO) is coming soon. Signing in to Syntic through your company’s identity provider is not available to customers yet.

How your team signs in today

Everyone signs in with Continue with Google or with a one-time code sent to their email. Each person can add two-step verification for extra protection. See Sign-in options and Set up two-step verification.

About the SSO settings you may see

Some organizations can see an SSO & SAML area in Settings. It is not switched on for customers yet: adding an identity provider there does not change how anyone signs in. Please don’t rely on it for access control.

When it arrives

SSO is planned for the Enterprise plan, with support for SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC). We will publish setup steps here when it launches. To tell us your company needs it, email sales@syntic.ai.
