The Export Records page
Export Records (under Billing) downloads your organization’s usage as CSV files that open in any spreadsheet app. It has two tabs: Bill Export and Request Log Export.
Export your daily bill
Select the organization
Pick it in the breadcrumb. On Personal you’ll see “Select an organization first.”
Generate the file
On Bill Export, choose Generate Bill Export. The download starts right away.
The file is named bill-export- followed by today’s date. It has one row per day for the last 90 days with the columns date, requests, tokens and consumption_usd.
Each export you make is listed in the table with File Name, Status and Created At. Re-download creates a fresh copy with the latest figures. The list is kept only while the page stays open.
Export your request log
On Request Log Export, choose Generate Request Log Export. You get a file named request-log- plus the date, with your most recent requests (up to 1,000). Each row has:
created_at, request_id, model, prompt_tokens, cached_tokens, completion_tokens, total_tokens, cost_usd, source, status.
The request_id column is the same ID support asks for when you report a problem with a specific call. See Request IDs.
Good to know
- Cells that start with characters a spreadsheet might treat as a formula are prefixed with a quote mark, so the file is safe to open.
- If you had no usage, the file still downloads with a single row of zeros.
- If an export fails you’ll see “Export failed”. Try again in a moment.
