Team & Enterprise FAQ
Answers for the owners and administrators of a Syntic organization.
What is the difference between Team and Enterprise?
Team adds paid seats, bought per person, on top of an existing paid plan, with a minimum of two seats. Enterprise is a custom agreement with our sales team: pooled usage, more admin and security controls, and the fastest support target. See Team plan and Enterprise.
Can I pay for Enterprise online?
No. Enterprise is set up with sales. Use Talk to sales on the Enterprise card of the plans page, or email sales@syntic.ai.
Who can invite people?
Owners and administrators, from Settings → Members, while the organization has an active paid plan. Custom-role members who are allowed to invite can only invite developers. See Invite members.
Can I invite someone as an owner?
No. People join as Administrator or Developer. An owner can raise an existing member to Owner afterwards. See Change a member’s role.
How long does an invitation stay valid?
14 days. After that, re-send it from the member’s ⋯ menu. See Accept an invitation.
Does removing someone delete their API keys?
No. Keys created by a suspended or removed member stop working but are kept; restoring the person brings them back. Replace production keys before you offboard someone. See Suspend, restore or remove a member.
Can members leave on their own?
Not yet. An owner or administrator removes them. See Leave an organization.
Can I require two-step verification for everyone?
Yes. Turn on Require 2FA in Settings → Admin Settings. See Organization admin settings.
Does Syntic support single sign-on and SCIM?
Not yet. Single sign-on, SCIM provisioning and email-domain auto-join are coming soon. Until then, add people by invitation and remove them in Settings → Members. See Identity management.
