Use Syntic Code with your individual plan
Syntic Code is included in every paid Syntic plan: Starter, Business, Pro, Scale, Operations and Enterprise. The Free plan can sign in on the website but cannot use Syntic Code. Your plan decides which models you can pick and how many tokens you get each month.

Start using it on your plan
Install and sign in
Install instructions are coming soon; see Install Syntic Code. Once installed, run syntic login.
Check the plan it found
The Plan: line at the top of a session, and /status, show the plan name exactly as your account page shows it. If you belong to several organizations and the wrong plan shows, see Sign out or switch accounts.
Upgrade if you need to
Type /upgrade in a session. It shows your usage and opens the billing page. After changing plan in the browser, send your message again; there is no need to sign in again.
What you see if your plan blocks you
| Account state | Message in Syntic Code |
|---|---|
| Free plan | ”Your account is a free one. Please upgrade to use Syntic Code.” |
| Last payment failed | Work continues for a grace period. Once per session: “Your payment didn’t go through. Please update your billing to keep using Syntic Code.” |
| Billing inactive | ”Your plan isn’t active. Please update your billing to use Syntic Code.” |
Signing in again never fixes these, because the plan is checked on our side. Fix the plan or payment on the website first. See Payment declined or card failed.
