Create an account
You create a Syntic account at app.syntic.ai/signup with either your Google account or any email address. There is no password to choose: with email, Syntic sends you a one-time verification code instead.
Before you start
- Syntic accounts are for adults aged 18 or over. You confirm your age when you accept the terms.
- Company single sign-on is coming soon. For now, sign up with Google or an email code, even with a work email.
Sign up
Open the sign-up page
Go to app.syntic.ai/signup. The sign-in page at /login shows the same form, so either works for a new account.
Choose how to continue
- Click Continue with Google and pick your Google account in the small window that opens. If your browser blocks pop-ups, the page switches to Google in the same tab instead.
- Or type your address in Enter your email and click Continue with email.
Enter the verification code
If you used email, check your inbox for the code. Type it into Enter verification code and click Verify Email Address. See Verify your email if it does not arrive.
Complete the welcome steps
Syntic walks you through a short setup: accept the terms, review a few points about how Syntic works, tell Amara what to call you, and pick the products you are interested in. Details are in The welcome steps.
Choose a plan
At the end you see Choose your plan. Pick a paid plan, or click Continue with the Free plan to start straight away. You can upgrade at any time.
By continuing on the sign-up form you acknowledge Syntic’s Privacy Policy and agree to receive occasional promotional emails and notifications.
What gets created for you
- Your account, identified by your email address.
- A personal workspace: a Free organization that belongs to you. Your chats and usage live there until you create or join another organization. See Personal workspace vs organization.
Joining through an invitation? Use the link in the email you were sent instead. The email address is filled in for you and you are asked to confirm before you join the organization. See Accept an invitation.
