Can’t sign in

Syntic does not use passwords. You sign in with Continue with Google, or by entering your email and typing the one-time code we send you. Most sign-in problems come from a code that expired, a pop-up that was blocked, or signing in with an email other than your account’s.

Google or email: does it matter?

Use the same method you used when you created the account. If you signed up with Continue with Google, choose it again. If you signed up with your email, enter the same email.

Try a clean browser session

  1. Open a private or incognito window.
  2. Go to app.syntic.ai and sign in.

If that works, the problem is in your normal browser profile: usually an extension, blocked cookies or old site data. See Browser problems.

⚠️

Syntic will never ask you for your sign-in code by email, chat or phone. If someone asks for it, do not share it.
