Why can’t I see AI Agents?
It is shown only to accounts in the preview program.
Can I deploy an agent?
Not yet. Deployment shows Agent deployment isn’t available yet. Nothing was deployed or charged.
Can I connect an agent to a messaging app?
Not yet. Channels open together with deployment.
How is an agent different from AI Staff?
AI Staff are colleagues you hire and talk to. Agents are built for a job and deployed to do it. See AI Staff.
How many agents can I have?
From 1 on Free to 150 on Operations, and unlimited on Enterprise. See AI Staff and AI Agent slots.
Will I be charged for agents now?
Only model use, from your plan’s tokens. There are no deployment charges because deployment isn’t open.
Can agents run inside workflows?
Workflows are also in preview. See Workflows.
