Buy usage and API credits
Usage credits and API credit are one balance per organization. You can add to it in three places: the API Credits tab of the plans page, the Buy usage credits button in Settings → Billing, or the Recharge page in the Syntic Console. Buying credit needs a paid plan, and the buyer must be an owner or administrator of the organization. Credit always goes to the organization selected at the time.
Open the API Credits tab
Open the plans page (for example Upgrade plan in the account menu) and click API Credits. The page is titled Top Up API Credits and shows your Current Balance.
Select an amount
Pick $25, $50, $100, $200, $500, $1,000 or $5,000, or choose Custom and enter at least $25.
Agree and, optionally, set auto-recharge
Tick the box to agree to the Recharge Agreement. You can also tick Enable auto-recharge when my balance falls below threshold; see Auto-reload.
Check out
The button depends on the amount, as shown in the table below. The Order Summary shows the subtotal, with tax calculated at checkout.

After a card payment you return to the tab with Payment successful — API credits are being added to your balance.
Bonus credit on larger top-ups
Top-ups made through the plans page or the Console Recharge page earn bonus credit. The quick purchase in Settings → Billing does not.

For example, paying $500 adds $550 of credit.
When the credit arrives
Credit is added once the payment is confirmed, not when you click the button. It normally appears within a few seconds; refresh the page if it doesn’t.
On the Free plan, the purchase is replaced by Your account is a free one. Please upgrade to buy API credit. If your plan’s last payment failed, you see Your plan isn’t active. Please update your billing to buy API credit. instead.
