Promotion codes and vouchers
Syntic doesn’t currently offer promotion codes, coupons or vouchers at checkout. There is no code field in the app’s plan or credit checkouts. The one kind of code that works today is a gift: gifted plans arrive as a redemption link.
What you can redeem today
| Situation | How it works |
|---|---|
| A gifted plan | Open the gift link and redeem it. See Redeem a gift |
| Referral rewards | Managed under Referrals in the account menu |
The Voucher page in the Syntic Console
The Syntic Console has a Voucher page under Billing. Voucher redemption for API credit is not available yet, and the page says so. If you were given a voucher for API credit, contact support@syntic.ai with the code.
⚠️
Syntic never asks for payment or account details in exchange for a voucher. Treat messages offering free credit with suspicion and report them to support@syntic.ai.
