How to get support

How to get support

Most questions have an answer in this help center, and searching first (press ⌘K, or Ctrl+K on Windows and Linux) is usually the fastest route. When you need a person, pick the address that matches your question so it reaches the right team.

Before you write to us

Check status.syntic.ai first if something that worked a moment ago has stopped working. If an incident is listed there, our team already knows about it and the page is updated as it is resolved.

What to include

A complete first message saves a round of back-and-forth. Please send:

  • The email address of your Syntic account. Write from that address if you can; it helps us confirm the request is yours.
  • The organization the problem is in, if you belong to more than one.
  • What you were doing, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
  • The exact error message, copied as text, and roughly when it happened, with your time zone.
  • A request ID, if the API returned one. It is in the x-syntic-request-id response header and lets us find the exact request.
  • For Syntic Code, the output of syntic --version and your operating system.
  • For billing, the invoice number or the date and amount of the charge.
⚠️

Never send passwords, full API keys, sign-in codes or card numbers. Nobody at Syntic will ask for them. If you pasted a key somewhere by mistake, revoke it in the Console and create a new one; see Revoke an API key.

Response times

We answer in the order requests arrive, with outages and account-access problems first. Some paid plans include a support response target; your plan’s target is listed in Compare plans.
