Plans and limits in Syntic Desktop
Syntic Desktop uses your Syntic plan, the same as the web and Syntic Code. Chat works on any plan within its limits; the Code workspace needs a paid plan. Usage in the app counts toward your plan’s allowance.
What each plan unlocks
| Feature | Free | Paid plans |
|---|---|---|
| Chat | Yes, within the Free allowance | Yes |
| Code workspace | No: shows “Code needs a paid plan” with Upgrade to unlock Code | Yes |
| Models | Amara Deep and Syntic Code | All four models (adds Amara S2 and Syntic Code Fast) |
| Saved memories | No: “Saved memories need a paid plan.” | Yes |
The model menu marks models outside your plan with “Requires” and the plan name, plus an Upgrade button. The footer shows your plan and token usage.
