Workflow credits
Each workflow run counts as one execution. Your plan includes a monthly number of executions, and you can buy execution packs on the Workflow Credits tab of the plans page when you need more. Packs never expire and get cheaper per execution the larger they are.

Execution packs
- Purchased executions are added to the organization’s balance after payment.
- They are only used once your plan’s monthly allowance runs out.
- How many workflows can run at the same time is set by your plan, not by packs.
- Packs are for paid plans; the Free plan can’t top up executions.

Automatic top-ups
An owner can let Syntic buy a pack automatically when executions run out, using the Workflow executions switch in Settings → Billing → Spending. It is bounded by the monthly limit on automatic charges. See Limit automatic charges.
