Billing details and tax
Prices on Syntic don’t include tax. Any applicable tax is calculated on the checkout page and shown before you pay. Business details such as your company name and tax ID can be entered when you pay, so they appear on your invoices.
Where you enter billing details

Changing billing details later
Your plan’s billing details are kept by our payment processor. Owners can open its billing portal from Manage plan on the plans page and review what it lets you change there. For anything you can’t change yourself, contact support@syntic.ai from an owner’s account.
How tax appears
- Plans page: Prices shown don’t include applicable tax.
- Credit top-ups: the order summary lists Tax (calculated at checkout).
- Team plan: totals are shown with + tax.
Gift purchases are charged at the plan price times the number of months, as shown in the gift summary.
