Organization admin settings

Settings → Admin Settings holds organization-wide policies and a per-member view of usage. It is visible to owners and administrators, and to custom-role members whose permissions include organization settings. Everyone else doesn’t see the tab.

Policies

Policy	What it does when on
Disable AI Memory	Stops Syntic from storing memories across conversations for everyone in the organization
Require 2FA	Makes two-step verification mandatory for every member. Members without it are asked to set it up before they can continue

Each switch takes effect as soon as you flip it.

Usage by member

Below the overview, the page lists each member with their role, number of requests and tokens used, so you can see who is using the organization’s allowance. For spend controls per member, see Member and group spend limits.
