Sign in to the Console

Go to platform.syntic.ai/login and sign in with Google or with a one-time code sent to your email.

Sign in with an email code

Enter your email

Type your email address and choose Continue with email.

Check your inbox

Syntic emails you a verification code. On the next screen, type it into Enter verification code and choose Verify Email Address.

Didn’t get it?

Choose Try sending again. You can request a new code every 30 seconds. If you typed the wrong address, choose Change email address.

There is no password to remember: each sign-in uses a fresh code. If the code has expired or was mistyped, you will see “That code is invalid or expired. Please try again.”

Sign in with Google

Choose Continue with Google. A small window opens for you to pick your Google account; when you finish, it closes and the Console loads. If your browser blocks pop-ups, the whole page moves to Google instead and returns when you are done.

Single sign-on (SSO)

Sign-in through your company’s identity provider is coming soon. Until then, use Google or an email code.

Two-factor authentication

If you have turned on two-factor authentication, a Two-factor authentication screen appears after you sign in, every time, whichever method you used. Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app and choose Verify. Until you do, no Console page loads. To leave that screen, choose Sign out.

See Two-step verification in the Console to set it up.

Automatic sign-out

For security, the Console signs you out after 30 minutes without any activity (no mouse movement, typing, clicking or scrolling). One minute before that, a notice says “You’ll be signed out soon due to inactivity.” Any activity resets the timer.

New to Syntic? Your first sign-in with an email code or Google also creates your Syntic account. See Create an account.
