Get started with AI Staff
AI Staff is in limited preview. Preview accounts reach it through the Workforce part of the sidebar. Other accounts won’t see it yet, and there is nothing to switch on.
Most accounts don’t see the Workforce area today. It opens to everyone at launch, and the Release notes will say when.
Check whether you have access
Sign in on the web
Sign in at syntic.ai.
Look at the top of the sidebar
Preview accounts see a switch with Chat, Workforce and Apps. Without it, your account isn’t in the preview yet.
Open Workforce
Choose Workforce. The AI Staff group lists Profiles, Teams, Skills, Meeting Rooms, Council and New Staff Chat.
Your first AI Staff member
Click New AI Staff at the top of the Workforce menu and follow the hiring steps. Each hire uses one AI Staff slot of your plan; see AI Staff and AI Agent slots.
Not available yet
- Tasks: assigning work to staff shows Staff tasks aren’t available yet.
- Knowledge: uploading documents for staff to read is not open yet.
