To report a harmful or offensive answer, use the thumbs-down button under it in chat and choose Offensive or unsafe content. For misuse of Syntic by someone else, or a safety concern about an AI worker, email our team. Security vulnerabilities go to the security team.

Hover over the answer and click Give negative feedback.
Pick the issue type
Under What type of issue do you wish to report? (optional), choose Offensive or unsafe content. Other choices include Wrong or made-up information and Refused when it shouldn’t have.
Add details
Describe what went wrong in the details box (optional, up to 4,000 characters).
Decide what to share
Submitting sends your message and the answer to Syntic. Tick Submit this conversation to Syntic AI for model improvements only if you want to include the whole conversation.
