The Syntic Console vs the Syntic app

Syntic has two web apps that share one account. The Syntic app at app.syntic.ai is where you chat, create and manage your plan. The Syntic Console at platform.syntic.ai is the developer side, where you create API keys, try models in a playground and buy API credit.

What the Console contains

The Console sidebar has three groups:

  • Organization: General, Projects, API Keys, Usage Limits.
  • Resources: Files.
  • Billing: Overview, Recharge, Recharge Details, Billing Details, Voucher, Export Records.

The top bar links to Contact Sales, Docs and Playground.

What they share

  • The same sign-in. The Console uses the same passwordless form: Google or an email code.
  • The same organizations. An organization you create in one appears in the other.
  • The same plan and the same API credit balance. API access needs a paid plan; on the Free plan, API requests are refused with a message asking you to upgrade. API requests first use the organization’s plan allowance, then usage credits if they are turned on. See Plan allowance vs usage credits.

The plans page in the app has a Syntic Console button at the top right that opens the Console in a new tab.
