Why can’t I see AI Staff?
It is shown only to accounts in the preview program. There is no setting to turn it on yourself.
When will everyone get it?
At launch. We’ll announce it in the Release notes.
What is the difference between AI Staff and AI Agents?
You hire AI Staff and talk to them. You build AI Agents and deploy them to do a job. See AI Agents.
How many staff can I have?
From 1 on Free to 100 on Operations, and unlimited on Enterprise. See AI Staff and AI Agent slots.
Can I choose the model for a staff member?
No. Syntic chooses the model behind AI Staff.
Can I assign tasks to staff?
Not yet. Tasks show Staff tasks aren’t available yet.
Do staff conversations cost extra?
They use your plan’s tokens, the same as AI Chat.
I dismissed a staff member by mistake.
You can restore them for 30 days.
