Get started with Workflows
Workflows is in limited preview. Preview accounts open it from the Workforce part of the sidebar, build a workflow on the canvas, and start it by hand. Accounts outside the preview don’t see it yet.
No Workforce switch at the top of your sidebar means your account isn’t in the preview. It opens to everyone at launch.
Find Workflows
Sign in on the web
Sign in at syntic.ai.
Switch to Workforce
Choose Workforce in the Chat, Workforce, Apps switch at the top of the sidebar.
Open Workflows
Click Workflows. The page has tabs for Workflows, Executions, Credentials and Variables, and a button for templates.
Run a workflow
Open a workflow and start it from the editor. Each run counts as one execution of your plan’s monthly allowance. See Workflow credits.
Not available yet
- Schedules: a workflow that starts on a timer shows Scheduled workflows aren’t available yet. Run the workflow manually instead.
- The legacy workflow builder: shows The legacy workflow builder isn’t available yet. Use Workflows instead.
- Steps that hand work to a deployed agent, which depend on agent deployment.
