Use Workflows with Team and Enterprise plans
In an organization, workflows, executions and execution packs belong to the organization. Everyone’s runs come out of the same monthly allowance, and the plan’s limit on parallel runs is shared too.
Shared allowances
- Monthly executions and the number of workflows running at once are set by the organization’s plan.
- Execution packs are added to the organization’s balance and used after the monthly allowance.
- Enterprise has unlimited executions and up to 200 workflows running at once.
Who builds and runs
Owners and administrators can build and edit workflows. What other members can do follows their role; see Roles and what each can do.
Automatic top-ups
An owner can let Syntic buy an execution pack automatically when executions run out. Turn on the Workflow executions switch in Settings → Billing → Spending. The organization’s monthly limit on automatic charges still applies. See Limit automatic charges.
