Invite members
Owners and administrators invite people from Settings → Members. You can invite several email addresses at once and choose the role they join with. Inviting new people needs an active paid plan on the organization.
Select the organization
Make sure the right organization is selected in the sidebar’s workspace switcher. Settings → Members always shows the selected organization.
Click Add new team member
The button is at the top right of Members & permissions. If it is missing, you either lack permission to invite or the organization has no active paid plan.
Enter the email addresses
In Invite Users by email, type an address. Use the plus button to add more rows, and the cross to remove one.
Pick a role
Choose Administrator or Developer. Nobody can be invited as an owner; ownership is given later by changing an existing member’s role. Members with a custom role who are allowed to invite can only invite developers.
Click Invite
Each person receives an invitation. People who already have a Syntic account also get an in-app notification.
Track pending invitations
Invited people appear in the member list straight away. Until they accept, the Joined column shows the invitation’s status:

To send it again, open the row’s ⋯ menu and choose Re-send invitation. This refreshes the 14-day window and keeps the role you originally chose.
Invitations expire after 14 days. An expired invitation can’t be accepted; re-send it instead.
Common problems
