The Billing Details page
Billing Details (under Billing) breaks down your organization’s usage so you can see where tokens and money went. It has three tabs: Daily Bill, Product Bill and Request Details.
Usage is counted per request. Requests covered by your plan show their tokens with no charge. Requests made after the plan allowance runs out are priced at your plan’s API rates and paid from your credit balance.
Daily Bill
One row per day for the last 90 days, with Date, Requests, Tokens and Consumption ($).
Product Bill
One row per model for the last 90 days, with Model, Requests, Tokens and Consumption ($). Use it to see which model drives your cost.
Request Details
The 200 most recent requests, newest first:
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Time | When the request was made |
| Model | The model that answered |
| Prompt | Input tokens |
| Cached | Input tokens served from the prompt cache, billed at a lower rate |
| Completion | Output tokens |
| Cost ($) | What the request cost; a dash means nothing was charged |
| Source | Where the request came from |
| Status | ok for success, or a short failure reason |
Tips
- Select the organization first; the tabs stay empty on Personal.
- Need more than 200 requests or a file for your accountant? Use Export Records to download CSV files.
- If a figure looks wrong, note the time and model of the request and email support@syntic.ai with your Organization ID.
