The Billing overview page
Overview (under Billing in the Console menu) is the main money page for your organization’s API use. It shows your API credit balance, lets you buy credit and set up auto-reload, sets a monthly spend limit, and charts what you spent this month.
Credit balance
The top card shows your Remaining balance in US dollars. This balance is used by API calls, Syntic Code and the Playground once your plan’s included tokens are used up.
Next to it you’ll find:
- A card button that shows your saved card (for example ”•••• 4242”) or Add a card.
- Buy credits, which opens a short purchase form.
- The auto-reload status and an Auto reload settings link.
If auto-reload is off, a yellow banner says so and offers Set up auto reload.
Buy credits
Buying credit here follows the same rules as the Recharge page: minimum $25, bonus credit from $100, invoice from $10,000, and a sales conversation from $50,000.
Choose a preset amount or type one, then Proceed to checkout. You pay on our payment processor’s secure card page, then return to the Console. You’ll see “Payment successful — credits are being added to your balance.” or, if you backed out, “Checkout canceled — no charge was made.” Buying credit does not save your card.
Auto-reload
Auto-reload charges your default card whenever the balance falls to a threshold, bringing it back up to a target amount. It tops up API credit only.
- Choose Auto reload settings (or Set up auto reload).
- Fill in When balance falls to ($) and Top balance up to ($). The target must be higher than the threshold.
- Choose Enable auto reload (or Save). To stop it, open the same dialog and choose Turn off.
You need a saved card first. Choose the card button, then Add a card, and enter your card in the secure form. Each organization uses one card for auto-reload. In Payment methods you can choose Use for auto-reload on another card or Remove a card.
Spend limits
Spend limits shows how much has been spent this month and when the count resets (the first day of next month). Under Monthly spend limit, choose Adjust limit to set a dollar amount, or switch on No monthly limit, then Save. When the limit is reached, paid API usage stops until the next month or until an admin raises it.
Email notifications has an Add notification button, but alert thresholds aren’t available yet.
Plan usage limits and charts
Plan usage limits repeats the session, weekly and monthly token bars from the Usage Limits page. Consumption Analysis shows two charts: Daily Spend (this month) and Spend by Model.
Invoicing instead of prepaying
A strip near the top offers monthly invoicing after the fact for larger accounts. Choose Contact sales to ask about it.
