The General page (Organization Overview)
General is the first item under Organization in the Console menu and the page you land on after signing in. Its heading is Organization Overview, and it shows the identifiers you may be asked for by Syntic support or sales.
What it shows

| Organization ID | The unique ID of the organization selected in the breadcrumb. It shows personal when Personal is selected. |
| Creator ID | The ID of your own Syntic user account. |
| Organization Information | Verification status. Today every organization reads “Organization not verified yet”. |
Copying an ID
The IDs are shown in plain text so you can select and copy them. Share the Organization ID when you contact support@syntic.ai about billing, keys or limits; it lets the team find your account without asking for anything secret. Never send an API key.
Organization verification
A Verify Organization (soon) link appears next to the verification status, but it is greyed out. Organization verification is not available yet, and nothing you can do in the Console changes this status today.
Where to change organization details
The Console does not rename organizations, invite members or change roles. Those settings live in the main Syntic app under Settings → Members and related pages. See Team & Enterprise plans.
