Workflows
Workflows let you chain steps together on a visual canvas, such as calling a service, asking an AI Staff member or agent, or waiting for a person’s approval, and run the chain whenever you need it. They are for teams that repeat the same multi-step process and want it done the same way each time.
Status: Preview — only for some accounts. Preview accounts can build workflows and run them by hand. Scheduled runs are not available yet.
