Troubleshoot AI Images & Video

When an image doesn’t appear, the cause is usually your credit balance, a feature that is switched off, or a short service problem.

Messages and what to do

Try a clearer prompt, or a different model from the models menu. Each attempt uses credits, so a cheaper model is a good way to experiment.

Look in Library. If you deleted it, check the bin; you can restore items from there while days are left on their 30-day countdown.
