Does Syntic support SSO or SCIM?
Not yet. Single sign-on, SCIM provisioning, just-in-time provisioning and email-domain auto-join are all coming soon. See Your identity options.
Can I use the SSO & SAML settings I see?
Not yet. That area is not switched on for customers, so saving an identity provider or a domain there does not change how anyone signs in or joins.
How do people sign in today?
With Continue with Google or a one-time code sent to their email. Syntic accounts have no passwords. See Sign-in options.
How do I add my team?
Invite them from Settings → Members by email. See Invite members.
What happens when someone leaves the company?
An owner or administrator removes or suspends them in Settings → Members. Also revoke any API keys they made. See Suspend, restore or remove a member.
Which plan will SSO need?
It is planned for the Enterprise plan. Ask sales@syntic.ai to be told when it launches.
