Install Syntic Code
Install instructions are coming soon. Syntic Code does not have a public download yet, so there is no command you can run today to install it.
Status: the public release of Syntic Code is being prepared. When it ships, the install steps will be published at code.syntic.ai/docs/cli/install and announced in the release notes.
Watch out for unofficial downloads
Until the public release, any syntic installer, script or package you find elsewhere (for example on a package registry or a file-sharing site) is not from Syntic. Do not run it. If someone sends you one, tell us through Contact support.
What you will need
| You will need | Details |
|---|---|
| A paid Syntic plan | Starter or higher. See Use Syntic Code with your individual plan. |
| A supported computer | macOS (Apple silicon or Intel), Linux (x86-64 or ARM64) or Windows (x64 or ARM64). |
| A project folder | A git repository is best, so you can review and undo changes with your usual tools. |
You will not need an API key for everyday use: you sign in with your Syntic account in the browser. See Sign in to Syntic Code.
In the meantime
- Use Syntic chat in your browser to talk through code.
- Developers who want to build on Syntic models can use the API.
