Use AI Staff with an individual plan
Every plan sets how many AI Staff you can have active at once, called slots. Conversations with staff come out of the same token allowance as any other chat. AI Staff itself is in limited preview, so these limits matter only for preview accounts today.

You don’t pick a model for each staff member. Syntic chooses the model behind AI Staff.
