Deleted or disabled account
If you can’t get into Syntic and see Account unavailable or Your account has been disabled, your account was either deleted (by you) or disabled after a review. Here’s what each screen means and what you can do.
”Account unavailable”
This screen means the account was deleted or deactivated.
Deleted within the last 30 days
If you see Deleted within the last 30 days?, your account can still be recovered. Choose Reactivate my account. You’ll see “Welcome back — your account has been reactivated.” and your profile, conversations and workspace come back.
Your subscription was cancelled when you deleted the account, so check your plan under Settings → Billing after reactivating.
Can’t be restored
If the screen says “This account can no longer be restored”, the account is held for review or has already been removed. Reactivation isn’t available. You can start fresh with a new account, or choose Contact support if you think this is wrong.
If reactivation fails with “We couldn’t reactivate this account. It may no longer be eligible — please contact support.”, email support@syntic.ai.
”Your account has been disabled”
This screen means access was turned off after a review of the account’s recent activity. It links to the Terms of Service and the Trust Center.
Appeal
If you think it’s a mistake, email support@syntic.ai from the email address on the account. Explain briefly why you believe the account should be restored. Using that address lets the team confirm the request comes from the account owner.
While the account is disabled:
- You can’t sign in to Syntic, the Console, Syntic Code or Syntic Desktop.
- API keys it created stop working, with
403 account_disabled.
To sign in with another account, choose Use a different account.
